    My first interaction with Dee Getachew was during a GreenLine Real Estate online first time homebuyer's course where her knowledge and expertise were readily apparent as she walked us through the process of buying a home. When I was finally ready to start looking, she was so helpful in answering all of my questions and filling in an lack of knowledge on my part. She was incredibly responsive to all of my emails/calls/texts, usually responding almost immediately, but never taking more than an hour or two to get a response back. This was extremely important in helping my secure the house I bought, since the time between the house being listed and the offer deadline was about 72 hours. She was incredible at getting a pre-offer inspection set up and quickly getting the offer written up and submitted to the sellers. I cannot thank Dee enough for all the work she did and what a pleasure it was to work with her

    My wife and I first heard of Green Line Real Estate in 2018 when we attended a free Homebuyer's Workshop and met Dee. Dee lived in our same neighborhood and we had a great conversation about what we liked about the neighborhood and where we were in the home buying process, which at the time was just getting an understanding of the complicated process. Two years later we were ready to buy and got back in contact with Dee. With it being the fall of the pandemic, we were unsure about what the housing market would be like and Dee was very informative and patient with us as we slowly looked around at neighborhoods and houses we might be interested in. We ended up putting two offers in on homes and got the second one. Through both those processes Dee was very attentive and helpful walking us through the steps and really putting in the hard work on quick deadlines. In our current house that we ended up buying she worked very diligently to negotiate the price with the selling agent and helped us to understand all the conditions of the deal. Throughout, we were very thankful for the work Dee put in not only to make the purchase happen but to also make us feel comfortable about what we were doing. We are extremely happy now in our new place thanks to her!
